Privacy Policy & Zero-Prompt Persistence

This Privacy Policy describes the data protection principles implemented by Kiyas Labs Technologies ("KiyasLabs", "we", "our") in operating PromptRelay™: Universal Multi-Provider AI Gateway & AWS Bedrock SigV4 Bridge (BYOK) (https://www.kiyaslabs.tech). We are dedicated to zero prompt persistence, strict tenant isolation, and GDPR/HIPAA-aligned data processing.

1. Zero-Prompt Persistence Architecture

PromptRelay operates on a strict Zero-Prompt Persistence model as a Universal Multi-Provider AI Gateway & AWS Bedrock SigV4 Bridge (BYOK). Raw prompt texts, completion streaming tokens, and inference payloads exist exclusively within volatile RAM ring buffers inside ephemeral AWS ECS micro-VMs. As soon as the downstream HTTP connection closes or stream EOF is reached, the allocated memory buffer is cryptographically zeroed out (memset_s). PromptRelay never writes prompts or completions to persistent disk, swap, or log files.

2. Vector Cache Coordinates & Embeddings

Vector embeddings generated by Amazon Titan Embeddings v2 and indexed in Amazon Aurora Serverless with pgvector represent high-dimensional numerical coordinates used solely for semantic cache distance calculation. These coordinates cannot be reversed into human-readable text and are strictly partitioned per tenant using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS).

3. Information We Collect for Operations

We collect account contact information (name, work email, organization name), tenant account identifiers for billing and subscription management, and aggregated operational telemetry (latency, request counts, token volume). We do not collect or inspect message payload contents.
